HydroLox is a masonry warterproofer that penetrates masonry and cement surfaces to protect against water damage. This helps to reduce water absorption while maintaining vapour permeability, protecting surfaces from moisture-related damage such as efflorescence, freeze-thaw cycles, and biological growth.
It is best applied to clean, dry, absorbent substrates using spray, roller, or dip methods.

Use Cases:
Brick and Masonry Walls: Protects exterior or interior walls from moisture penetration, moss growth, and weathering while allowing walls to breathe.
Concrete Roof Tiles and Cladding: Prevents water ingress that can lead to discolouration, mould growth, and structural damage over time.
Cementitious Substrates (e.g. plaster, concrete blocks, grout): Increases water resistance, reducing staining, salt blooming (efflorescence), and deterioration.
Gypsum Boards & Insulation Materials: Improves moisture resistance in non-load bearing interior walls or ceilings, helping extend material life.
Sandstone, Limestone & Porous Natural Stone: Minimises water absorption while maintaining natural appearance and breathability.
