REFLECTIVE PAINT

Aluseal is an aluminium-based reflective paint that is applied over bitumen (such as torch-on or liquid-applied bitumen waterproofing) to protect and extend the life of the bitumen surface.
The aluminium flakes in the coating create a shiny, metallic finish that reflects sunlight and UV radiation, preventing the bitumen from overheating, drying out, and becoming brittle. This helps reduce thermal cracking, slow down ageing, and keeps the surface cooler.
